Last year was Moogahlin Performing Arts biggest yet in it’s 17 year life. Our storytelling in cultural arts spanned across many forms from festivals, to cabaret, theatre, cultural dance, concerts, developments and community events. With continual steady growth for our regional NSW communities alongside our metropolitan. Through our artistic program we supported 218 individual Artists/Cultural Practitioners from Australia and internationally. For the first time. Moogahlin reached an audience of over 15,000 people across Australian, in person and 2000 in digital broadcasts, across 5 productions and two festivals.

2023 Highlights included

  • The 8th Baiame’s Ngunnhu Festival

  • Koori Gras for Sydney World Pride

  • Koorie Wirguls for Sydney World Pride

  • The 10th anniversary Yellamundie Festival

  • The Visitors by Jane Harrison, directed by Wesley Enoch, co-produced by Sydney Theatre Company at the Sydney Opera House, Riverside Parramatta, Merrigong Performing Arts in Wollongong, Geelong Performing Arts Centre and Canberra Theatre Centre.
