The 9th Baiame's Ngunnhu Festival returns to the banks of the Ba-wun river, Weir Park, Brewarrina. Celebrating through cultural events, cultural history tours, and arts market Opening Ceremony Corroboree and a Closing Ceremony; live music concert and fish feast. The festival is a social impact project that brings together and celebrates artists, food vendors, and community groups.

Presented by Moogahlin Performing Arts
Join us as the sun sets for a fish feast from 5pm. Followed by the Opening Ceremony Corroboree. Bringing together cultural dance groups of the Ngunnhu on the Ba-wun River with a stellar lineup of Ngemba/Murrawarri/Yuwaalaraay Ngurra Dancers, Ngungilanha, Ngambaa Dhalaay, Milan Dhiiyaan and more.

FAMILY & CULTURE DAY
1pm - 5pm, Weir Park
Saturday, is a jam packed afternoon of workshops, cultural activities such as Weaving, Wood Carving, shake a leg competitions, Indigenous games dance & Art. With many Community artisans and food stalls active throughout the day. With a fashion parade featuring local designs and models from Brewarrina. Supported by Outback Arts.
